  2. We will investigate the matter fairly and thoroughly 
  3. We will aim to resolve the issue as quickly as possible 
  4. We will keep you informed throughout the process 

Our goal is to reach a resolution that is clear, reasonable, and fair.

If We Are Unable to Resolve the Complaint

If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may be eligible to refer the matter to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider.

Metro Utility is a member of the Energy Ombudsman scheme, which provides a free and independent dispute resolution service.
